Who handles an enquiry?
Just Tag Me uses the details you choose to submit to understand your needs and respond. Charles Leaven is the contact for public website enquiries and privacy requests.
What you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, optional company, area of interest and message. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to general marketing. If you explicitly request a public-launch update, we use your contact details to respond to that request. You can withdraw it by contacting Charles.
Two clearly labelled contact methods
When direct website capture is enabled, a successful submission is saved in Just Tag Me’s enquiry database, hosted with Supabase. Only authorised operators should access these records. The success screen provides a reference.
When the form says “Prepare WhatsApp enquiry”, the details remain in the current page until you choose to open WhatsApp. The prepared text is then included in the WhatsApp link. You must press Send in WhatsApp to deliver it. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy; the website cannot confirm delivery.
Product demonstrations
The main /demo experience keeps your sample answers and appearance changes in page memory only. They disappear when you leave or reload. It does not send an enquiry or create an account. Use fictional information. The earlier property prototype also keeps answers in page memory and labels its outcome as a concept demonstration.
Technical information
Hosting providers may process routine technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. This public website does not add advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. The marketing demo does not set account cookies. Existing sign-in routes can use session cookies for authentication.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are kept while they are needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. You can ask what information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion by contacting Charles. Applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be removed.
Services used to host the website or process a WhatsApp message may process information outside South Africa. Only share information you are comfortable using for this enquiry.
Contact about privacy
Use the contact page or message Charles and identify your enquiry using its reference, if available. You do not need to send additional sensitive documents with an initial privacy request.
